Have you ever performed on stage or given a speech?

When I was in school, somehow I became very good at playing football. I can’t say I loved it, but we had a team that won the County Championship.

The following year I told my coach I was going out for the play. High school football coaches are not deep individuals. At times, he made school difficult for me,

The play was one of the more influential things I would do. I had a decent size part. What the play did was get me into a different crowd of people. It led me down a path that doing artistic things is were worth doing despite that damn football coach. I was never intimidated by a social situation and yearned to be on stage.

I have taught at the college level and that feels like being on stage. It hits the same pleasure points in the brain for me.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
