What food would you say is your specialty?
I am fairly good cook and rather enjoy it. The last line on my resume reads “Creator of Really Good Soups”. Since I have added that to my resume my interviewing success rate has sky rocketed.
Naturally, every soup I make is Vegan. Some of my go to soups are minestrone, lentil, vegan chicken noodle, Pho and mushroom.
My other go to is vegan Pennsylvania Dutch dishes. It is fun to recreate the dishes I had and mostly disliked as a kid. These include and are not limited to Sauerkraut, Mac and Cheese, Shepherds Pies and Pierogis.
You can take me out of Pennsylvania but can not take the Pennsylvania completely out of me.
