What makes a good neighbor?
When purchasing a house, the one thing you can’t control is how well you’re going to get along with the neighbors. It is one thing in life, I’ve been very lucky to have.
The best way to have good neighbors to be a good neighbor yourself. It all starts there.
It’s pretty darn simple, be respectful, be yourself and get involved. By all means, be willing to talk to each other. You have one common interest already, and that is improving the area that you live.
