I an not a very large sample size but I am going to assume there are thirty people who think like me. Now that we have ample sample size.
And we visit the old high school.
Somewhere along the line, we had a class that was simply called ART’ I liked it well enough. I don’t remember very much much about the class. I am not being hyperbolic for the sake of the story.
Then again at the same school of higher learning,,I had a music class I didn’t want to take. Against the run of play it ended up being a class that gently nudged me toward having a fine appreciation for music.
Art is not banal, art is truly who we are. I am in awe how a music class inspired me as a young adult and an art class paled in comparison.
My thoughts are capricious.
Art is something we share.
And it is deeply personal.
Music was something at that point in my life, that I could talk about with others. It was a source of many a friendship and crush.
Art is a little more personal.
And they are the same.
So back to my original hypothesis, there is a very weak correlation between those who taught you art and how you enjoy it later in life
