I remember my son’s dog Rodger. He was walking down the hall way and a box of cereal fell off the refrigerator and hit him squarely on the head.

He was perfectly fine yet the coincidence I found rather funny.

Today I took the dogs out for a walk. A large pinecone fell out of a tree and hit me square in the middle of the head. It startled me for a second and I had to laugh.

It’s a shame there was no one around to see it. Maybe there was who knows, because it probably looked pretty funny.

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
