What are your favorite types of foods?

I like everything. I’m a very good cook, but I get tired of cooking at times.

When I’m single and cooking for myself, which is rarely, my guilty pleasures are spaghetti and meatballs and vegan mac & cheese. It should be noted every single one of my meals is vegan. Has been for 12 years.

For nostalgia reasons and purely satisfaction . I love a good old hoagie Hoagies were like a religion in Pennsylvania and I still honor that tradition. There’s a new vegan restaurant that opened in our town and they seriously have the best hoagies.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.
