How do you relax?

A large list of things in life have too many implied benchmarks. I try, not assuming I am a success, to eliminate these benchmarks.

Putting goals and metrics against things such as exercise, sleep and leisure is a stressor. I try to eliminate these.

I try to exercise at least once a day. That alone leads to relaxation through all other endeavors. That is one of the side effects of endorphins.

I also tell stories to the dogs

I know I slept well last night.

Namaste

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
