How are you feeling right now?

I’m feeling a little stiff from last night’s workout, and that’s a good thing

My mood shifted about a month and a half ago when Kamala Harris said she was going to run for president. It seems like the mood of the country shifted and that’s a good thing.

Summer is grinding to a halt, and I love fall and it’s on the horizon and that’s a good thing.

We have a three day weekend coming up, it’s Labor Day and I get to spend the weekend with my wife and that’s a good thing.

My Achilles hurts, that’s a normal thing.

I slept well that’s a good thing.

To summarize, it’s a beautiful morning, I feel somewhat energized. The one thing Maslow forgot on his entirety of needs, as I got hope.

And I think a little classical music is in order.

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
