We had a nasty car ride today from Portland to Seattle. It rained in buckets and there was an accident about every 15 minutes. Despite, this it was nice to be roadtripping with my wife. A two and a half hour trip turned into four hours. Taco Bell couldn’t even get my vegan order close to correct.

On the road again

We were disgruntled when we pulled into town. I wanted to get into the hotel room and sit down with a glass of cider.

We persevered and did not give in.

We headed down to the gym and I did two miles on the treadmill I lifted a few weights and stretched as my wife finished her workout.

My mind is now clear and sharp and will get through the night elevated by endorphins.

Thanks for listening to my endorphin laden ramble.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
