What brings you peace?
Peace loosely defined is the freedom from disquieting or oppressive thoughts or emotions.
I would define peace as the ability to fall asleep at night. With so much derision in the world I have to know I have been kind to others and myself. Believe me we know this in our heart and soul.
And when all else fails,
Which brings us to the power of endorphins. Doing physical exercise gives our brains the kick we need. It also gives us the ability to turn it off at night.
So we may rest easily.
