It is that time of year.
There are plenty and plenty to go around.
Here is a nice simple Vegan cheese sauce.
One zucchini peeled and diced. Optionally pan fry in vegan butter.
To Blender
Zucchini
Vegan Butter
Vegan Bullion
20 ounces of H20
Salt, Pepper, Garlic
Half Cup of Nutritional Yeast
A little mustard
Put all the ingredients in a blender and then heat like you are making soup.
Winging It- I don’t measure anything but this should serve as a foundation. Add subtract what ever you like.
I trust you. I mostly use this in my macaroni and cheese. Yesterday I made a cauliflower soup.
