What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I happen to be related to my Dad, which is cool in a way and it has its drawbacks. You can’t change genetics. I am active person and happen to be related to my wife. That was a choice. Her school year is over so in the last week we have hiked, biked, played tennis, lifted weights, did lap swims and I even snuck in a run.

An active life is a gateway to better mental health. It is the side effect of endorphins. It brilliantly paints the rest of the day.

Exercise aside, our biggest impact on our health is what we eat. I have been Vegan for a long time. This is not a health thing , rather for the health of the planet and animals as well. It is what I need to do. It matters to me.

I could write a 30 page paper here, but I need to get back to work. Speaking of, I need to do less corporate America things.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.
