How do you practice self-care?

The aging process is something that humbles us every single day. Who knows where I would be if I didn’t do it all my life. I think the act of doing some form of physical exercise gives you a mental edge rhat lasts. But, the. body can only take so much.

My diet is good, however being Vegan has its own junk food. I couldn’t live with myself if I was not. Self care means living with in your belief system.

I read books and explore other worlds.

I challenge my self mentally, by putting words to paper.

A lot of self care is being comfortable in your own body and mind. For the most part I am. I recognize there is room for growth.

Spending time with a dog in nature heals many an ill.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.
