I can see clearly now

Daily writing prompt
How do you feel about cold weather?

The summer in the Pacific Northwest can be so predictably boring. Day after day of sunny weather from the end of May until the being of October. Which now brings us to the fifth season, which I refer to as Wildfire Season.

Climate change is real and cold days and even rainy days are cherished. They give us a little hope that we have nor ruined our climate beyond repair.

It can be all about perspective. If you ask this question in January, you will get a different response. Still, this brings me back to one of my favorite activities on this planet. A nice peaceful run in slowly falling snow is my definition of perfection. The quiet is so loud it is magnificent. I look forward to it every year and hope it never goes away.
