Rain

I usually write about rain in the rain starved month of August. Here we are in April where the rain is usually subsiding for the season. My run yesterday was cold and wet and kind of perfect. The new plants in the yard seem to be enjoying this rainy weather.

With this rain flowers emerge, and summer flourishes longer into the season. In a world turned upside down sometimes it is nice to get a small dose of normal.

It is nice to be grateful for the little things we take for granted.

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
