We got a brand new coffee maker and Jenna was explaining some of the nuance involved. She showed me the bean grinder, the timers and controls. While filling up the water I decided to fill up the dog dishes, which led me to put in a load of wash. Then I started to dictate a story I have been writing.

Forty five minutes later, I realized I never finished making the coffee. Another thirty minutes later I have not poured a cup of coffee.

The joy of doing nothing.

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
