Find your own little daydream

I was in a meeting once and after the meeting

my boss called me into his office.

He let the drama build for awhile

and then started into

non sensical babble.

“I don’t know how to put this but my

boss told me you looked really bored

during the meeting. “

I thought for awhile, thinking how absurd

that statement was. His boss told him that

I looked really bored.

But I answered anyway.

“It was a really boring meeting.”

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.
