Hi Kuh Today

Hi Kuh Today

What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?

Haiku -just Because
Calm early morning
Listening to bird song
Sleep an hour more

A run in the woods
wind blown the forest whispers
knowing solitude

unpainted canvas
staring blankly back at me
arise color my

world in sullen
gratitude of an artists
shaking loving hand

grandchildren weave their
tales of trucks and daffodils
now I understand

the more that I know
the less I comprehend and
hope to get it right.

Once in a blue moon I write haiku.

It’s different every day

And what I seek to enjoy the most

Is Today.

This is a lovely, quietly powerful piece. The haiku flow like moments caught in breath—morning stillness, movement, creation, love, and reflection—each one simple yet deeply resonant. There’s a beautiful progression from solitude and art to connection and humility, ending with a gentle acceptance of not having all the answers. The closing thought, that what you enjoy most is Today, ties it all together with grace. Thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
